Big News From B+E!

Hi friends,

 We know we’re not usually in your inbox on a Friday- we have special news! Bright + Early launched a brand new website and look today.

Much like the workplaces we partner with, we’ve evolved. Aside from the glow-up, we wanted to showcase our incredible team and the detail we’ve put in to perfecting our unique approach to things like designing equitable pay, building clear career paths, writing handbooks that don’t end up in a drawer, and helping early stage teams grow with friendly, embedded HR support.

The change also reflects our partners; while our roots are in the tech and startup world (where we still love to build!), we’ve also grown a deep practice supporting non-profits, charitable organizations and creative teams of all kinds. The one thing they have in common? A desire to make work more human.
