A fun fact: I started my career working in advertising. As the daughter of an overworked Creative Director and the (much later) HR rep at both small and large agencies, I've seen the best and worst of agency culture. The best: fun colleagues, cool projects, and the chance to flex your creative muscles. The worst? Late nights, unclear growth and pay systems, few boundaries, and an allergy to process, often to the point of creative detriment. While we don't want you to go full corporate (I'd rather not cover my tattoos either), a little supportive HR structure will help you scale your culture, not lose it.
