Issue 137: 5 things ~we~ did last week
(and no, we're not copying our manager.)
𧹠Designed an organizational transition for a well-known tech company, taking them from a flat, âeveryoneâs an ownerâ culture to a new structure with similar vibes and freedom, but way more clarity and accountability.
đ§ Built custom, role-specific career growth roadmaps for a small team whose employees needed help envisioning their future at the company. Since theyâre under 10 right now, we made sure it was scalable throughout their next couple hiring phases, while also showing the team whatâs next and whatâs possible.
đ Coached a client through a tough chat about weed at work.
đ¤ Shipped 4 compensation design projects for teams wanting to get strategic about their pay systems.
đ Had an internal debate on whether itâs appropriate to eat pasta for breakfast (85% say: yes).
