Jobs on Teams We ❤️
Open roles with companies that care!
Hi friends,
The job market has been rough lately. I’ve been having so many conversations with people who are still looking after a layoff, or putting off leaving a job they don’t feel inspired by. With the hiring balance still weighing more towards employers (and employers pulling back on benefits, DEI initiatives, etc), they’re also wondering if there are still organizations (especially ones that are hiring!) that truly care about their teams.
Here’s the good news: they do exist! And we meet a lot of them. Teams choose to work with B+E because they want to build more thoughtful work experiences, and all of the work we put out, no matter who we’re working with, has to meet our own standards of what a good and inclusive workplace looks like. They’re the kind of places you’d want to work with too.
Though we always have a little section dedicated to job postings in our network, we’re dedicating this issue to listing even more open roles at organizations we work with, have partnered with in the past, or simply admire. Please share it with your network, especially anyone who’s job hunting (or should be). As always, you’ll also find our regular section with updated job postings in every issue going forward.
Stay bright,
Team Bright + Early
