Hi friends,
Hear us out; 2024 had some bright spots. Despite riding the wave of challenging news cycles (and how they show up for humans at work), we managed to build community, find connecting moments, and help people do their best work, together. From changemakers in climate, homelessness, and human rights, to defenders of democracy, to innovators in art, journalism and technology, our clients are forces for good, and we’re proud to have been even a small part of their 2024 journeys.
We’re also proud to have raised $16,000 for The Bright + Early Better Workplaces fund, a self-managed portfolio of hand-selected charitable organizations supporting equity-deserving groups in the workforce, improve women and BIPOC representation in tech, and help immigrants and refugees restart their careers. Each year, we donate a percentage of our revenue to the fund, because everyone deserves good work.
On behalf of the whole Bright + Early team, we wish you a warm and restorative break, and positive energy in 2025.

PS: We’ll be closed for a holiday rest between December 21 and January 6th.
